This fall flew by. Between my broken blog, traveling, funerals, various appointments, home improvement projects, etc., etc., etc. I haven’t been keeping up with my blogging too well. You’ve probably noticed. I feel like there has been a lot on my plate and a lot bouncing around in my brain…just a lot of meaningful, challenging, and life-changing things going on upon which this thinker much reflect. But not much has made it into words, let alone html code…so to the blog-world, I’ve just been absent.

It isn’t that life has stopped.

I have repurposed a few t-shirts, painted some furniture, hosted a few parties, made some new wall art, and finished up a couple bedroom remodel projects. And I have plenty of pictures to share.

There are also a few things I could talk about, like the fact that we are moving this spring and taking on a whole new lifestyle.

And then there are pictures of my growing babies to share and updates to give.

But I don’t really have the motivation to put together all those posts this week. And I can tell you right now they won’t be happening the week after either, since we’ll have family in town for the holidays. So I’ll be spending my next few weeks doing some sewing, and crocheting, and gift wrapping, and gift un-wrapping, and reading, and game playing, and baking, and just relaxing with the fam. I won’t be doing much blogging. Probably none at all. I don’t know why I felt the need to write a post saying I won’t be writing posts…since that has sort of become my new norm. But along with saying I won’t be posting for the next couple weeks comes a promise that I will have a lot to say, show, and share when I do get going again 🙂

In the meantime, have a blessed Christmas.

    1. You are kind.
    2. Bummer…but besides those failed plans for this summer, our move should mean seeing you MORE.
